Laura White Miers, GT, is now living
in Weatherford where she has two children. Max is 17 months old and Major is
2 months old. See

out of the country. She and husband Adam & daughter Gabby visited the states
in January to visit with family & friends.

October 3, 2009 and is now living in Norman OK.

Whitney Strauss, GT, is still living
in Dallas. She is expecting a baby in June. Her son, Bobby, is now four.
Whitney is going to school to get her Masters of Public Service Management.
She is still very active with her community service.
Michel Stuckler Amparan, GT /FTW alum,
recently purchased a loft in the Texas Pacific Lofts in downtown Fort Worth
with her husband Colby.
Special thoughts to Alethea Harrington
on the loss of her sister in law.
Meredith Harrington, UT DG alum, was
recently engaged and will marry next fall. Proud DG mom is Alethea
Harrington.
Crissa Renteria, GT/FTW alum, was
recently married. She is teaching at Paschal High School. Proud DG mom is
Cheryl Renteria.
Lynn Ranelle, FTW alum, is a new
grandmother to grandson, Conner. Conner was born over two months early and
weighed in at 2 pounds and 4 ounces. He is doing well, but will stay a
couple of months in the NICU nursery until he grows a little!

Krista Richardson, GT 2000, recently
left her position at TCU to become the Director of Career Services at Rhodes
State College in Lima, OH. She just settled in her new condo and is looking
forward to meeting everyone in her new community and college.
Special thoughts to Stephanie Biesi &
Andrea McGaughey. Stephanie's husband Joe passed away after a short
illness on January 2, 2010. Please keep them in your thoughts.
Special thoughts to Diane Hill whose
mother passed away in December.
Tara Blair, FTW alum, is currently in
a Christmas play called "The Forgotten Carols" in Hurst where she plays the
jail clerk and is also in chorus.
Condolences to Jane Korman and
Janet Stevens in the loss of their father, Robert Klabzuba.
Gail Cooke,
FTW DG, is on the Executive Committee of Fort Worth Opera. Fort Worth Opera
Director, Darren Woods, has been invited to judge the Izmir Voice
Competition. They are going to fly to Istanbul for 3 days of touring plus
Whirling Dervish performance, half day tour to Bosphorus on a private yacht,
day at Ephesus, visits to Cesme & Alacati. The trip still has a few more
spots so if you are interested please call Robin Sanders at Sanders Travel.
The trip has a fabulous price of $2,499 and is April 13-23.. Gail would love to have DGs joining
her for this once in a life time trip!
Lauren Barnett, GT graduate 09, is
living and working in Dallas. She is teaching part time at Hockaday School
and also works part time at Larry North fitness.
Candace Stovall, GT alum, had a baby
boy, Pierce J Stovall, on November 9th. He weighed in at 9 lbs 6 oz and was
22 inches long.
Carol McDonald Tomaszczuk,GT alum,
living in Arlington, VA passed away November 22, 2009 in VA of breast
cancer. She was past president of Gamma Tau chapter.
Robyn Myers Huhn, GT alum, living in
Saint Loius was awarded the Cable Award in March 2009 at the St. Louis
alumnae Founders Day.

Jill Grimsley Drewyor, GT, is still
living in Arkansas where she is an attorney. She had new daughter,
Beatrix
Lucienne ("Trixie Lu") on October 23. She weighed in at 7lb 10 oz and was 17
1/2 inches long. She joins big sister, Margot.
Charlotte Pierce, FTW DG, had an appendectomy in October and did so
well she flew to Mexico the following week!

passed away June 14, 2009 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Lisa Ford, GT alum, and family all attend TCU Football games. Lisa's
daughter, Natalie, made it onto TCU field for the TCU win over Utah.

Story" Liz just graduated from Harvard University. She came from
homeless family and parents who were drug addicted and HIV positive. Come

lives in Lubbock and has started a new children's business called beckham's

Tiffany Fluet Covert, GT & FTW alum,
had Jackson Sawyer on August 23 one month before her due date. He
weighed in at 5lb 7 oz and was 181/4 in long. After two weeks in NICU he is

on her doctorate in Physical Therapy in Florida.
Laurie Hominick, GT graduate 2006, was
married to Lance Arrington on August 1, 2009 in Fort Worth. They are living
in Fort Worth where they built a new house. Laurie works as a dietitian.
Kris Stephens, GT, lives in Comanche
where her son Robert is in 3rd grade. Kris is President of Comanche Study
Club and also Is on the Main Street Advisory Board. They have nearly
finished with a year long house remodeling.
Jennifer Tiedt, GT, is still living in
Houston area. Her mom is still fighting her long battle with cancer so
please send your special thoughts to Jennifer and her family.
Tarryn Franco, GT alum in Dallas,
is working on a new social networking concept called Blastoff. It is a
social networking, news and shopping website. Google Blastoff to see what it
is all about. She is on kickball team with GT Big Sis, Brittany Askew.
She also stays in touch with Amanda Wright & Ashley Shihab.
Laura Elliott, former GT president,
was married on October 3 to John Baumeister in Atlanta, GA. They moved into
a house in Varina, NC. Laura is attending University of North Carolina where
she is working on her Nurse Practitioner degree.
Darcy Bass, GT alum, is living in The
Woodlands. Her daughter, Ava, started Kindergarten this fall and Darcy
is completing her Junior League Provisional Year. She also started her
interior design business last year.

Lori Montgomery Dally, GT 2003, is living in
Fort Worth where she is finishing up her last year at Texas Wesleyan Law
School. She was also married in June 2008.
Lauren Owen, GT Recruitment Adviser,
is engaged and will marry Justin Roberts who is a Dallas CPA. They will
marry next June 19, 2010 in Dallas.

recently in latest issue of Anchora with 6 of her pledge sisters who have
had a reunion once a year for the last 40 years! Now that is sisterhood at
it's finest!
Erica Ching, GT & Dallas alum, has
started a new business. Designer hospital gowns for those expecting a baby
or for those who will have surgery or extended hospital stay. She has
darling fabrics to choose from. It's the end of those nasty hospital gowns

lost her brother, Richard, on September 1st in a fatal car accident.
April Gasparini Knight, Beta Eta/FTW
alum, recently had twins on September 9th. Charlotte Colleen weighed in at 5
lbs 13 oz & was 17 1/2 inches. William James weighed 5 lbs 11 oz & was 18

with baby this fall.
Danna Sides West, FTW DG, had her
third son, William Carson on September 10th. William Carson weighed in at 7

Brianna Haggerty, GT graduate 2008, is
working in Fort Worth as Manager of the Cosmetics Department at
Dillard's Hulen Store. She is also planning her wedding. Our thoughts are
with her as her stepfather was recently in serious motorcycle accident. He
is in Parkland Hospital.
Pam Young, ΓΣ, recently returned from
a trip on Silverseas to the Baltic and also went to Scotland. Her daughter
will be married in Scotland next June.
Cami Miller, GT 05, was recently
married to Sam Hamann who was a Pi Kappa Phi at TCU. Cami & Sam are living in Fort Worth, Sam is attending
SMU Law School and Cami is getting her Masters in Accounting at TCU.

Amy Shackelford, GT/FTW alum, took her
CMP exam and is now a CMP (Certified Meeting Planner). She is Director of
Catering and Event Sales at City Club.

the Junior League 2009 "Christmas in Cowtown"
Nancy Womack & husband Dan celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary
in the Hill Country at DG Suzie Johnson's home and ranch. Her children,
grand children and close friends attended the 3 day celebration . DG

Emily Benavides, GT, moved to Houston
where she is a Clinical Dietician for Healthbridge Children's Hospital. She
will marry her college sweetheart May 1, 2010.
Amy Keogh Tremper,GT, lives in Dallas
and had a new baby girl, Campbell Reese,who was born June 4th. She joins
older sister, Tatum, who is two.

the TCU Faculty full time this year.
Diana Rangel, Zeta Eta/FTW alum, will
be getting married October 3 to Greg Gonzales. They will marry in Keller
where the reception will also be held. Diana received her Health
Administration degree from Texas State and also received her Master's Degree
from University of Phoenix. She works for Leprechaun, LLC and he works at

16 had baby Hodge Seay who weighed in at 7 lbs & 12 oz /20 inches long.

alum, lost her father on August 15 after his long battle with cancer. Our

Jennifer Hovis O’Neill
(GT) was engaged August 7 to Lance Stovall TCU Alumni class of 1991!! He is
the brother in law of Candace Carmack Stovall (GT). Now they will be sisters
twice for life!!
Sarah Hollabaugh, GT alum, lives in Dallas where she works
advertising/branding agency. She was just accepted into the T.Boone Pickens
Leadership Institute.
Sheri Lloyd, FTW DG, precious grandson BA along with his parents was
featured in full page ad for Harris Hospital NICU Neonatal unit.
Jennifer DeHaro, recent GT graduate, is living in Austin where she
just started University of Texas School of Law. She is living with two other
recent GT graduates, Leah Grabert & Kelsey Groves.

chapter at University of Houston.
Phoebe Davison, GT living in London, still has her dress line

alum, was married on Saturday, May 23, 2009 in Fort Worth. She married Eric
Bourassa. Reagan is a graduate of Texas A&M University and also just
completed her nursing studies. They will live in Fort Worth.

president, married James Day on May 16, 2009 In Marietta, OK. She and James
are now living in Katy, TX. Katy works for Cisco Systems.

grandmother of triplets'! They were born on April 16th, but not due until
summer. Avery, Andrew and James weighed in at 2 lbs, 2lbs and 3 lbs.

Lacey Shields, GT alum, lives in Fort
Worth. She was recently in an car accident with her boyfriend. They were hit
by another car. We are glad to report both are doing fine and just suffered
cuts and bruises.

was acknowledged in the Star Telegram for her many years of volunteer work
with the Lighthouse for the Blind.

Heather Bennett Weber, GT alum, lives
in AZ and had a baby boy on January 19th. His name is Braden Jeffrey and he
weighed in at 7 lbs and 15 oz and was 21 inches long. He joins big brother

Kara Underwood Novotny, GT 98 has
moved from Fort Worth to Haslett. She has a 4 year old daughter and an 18
month old son.
Christina Deaton, Gamma Tau 94, will
marry Zachary Hyden on February 2008 in Austin. Zach and Christina are both
attorneys in Bartlesville, OK where Christina works for ConocoPhillips and
Zach practices corporate securities law.

alum, is a new grandmother (step-grandmom). Her new granddaughter made an
early entrance in February, but was not expected until March. She weighed in
at 5 lbs 8 oz and was 19 inches long. Now Amy is trying to figure out what
her grandmother name will be!

Kasey Cox, GT alum, is living in
Cleburne and is working as an registered nurse at Baylor Medical Center at
Irving. She is completing the last of her pre-med prerequisites and will
apply to medical school in May 2009.
The Gamma Tau chapter at TCU is
hosting Mother-Daughter Weekend on February 28, 2009.They are having a
luncheon and style show at a local country club and then will go to a comedy
club in downtown Fort Worth at Sundance Square.

Sad News- Passing of our Special
Sister
Evelyn Moore Dennis, Alpha
Psi/University of Mississippi and longtime Fort Worth Delta Gamma,
passed away January 13, 2009. Evelyn was known for her love of
Fort Worth Delta Gamma and her special love for the Gamma Tau
chapter on the TCU campus. Evelyn and her family graciously honored
many Gamma Tau collegians throughout the years on Founders Day with
many GT Scholarships to help members pay their dues.
Evelyn made a huge difference for our Gamma Tau chapter and was
loved by many of the collegians. She is going to be missed by all
Fort Worth alum DGs. She was a very special Delta Gamma! Memorials
can be made to the Evelyn Dennis Scholarship Fund c/o Bunny
Shackelford or Diane Turner.

Debbie Tallent Hightower, GT who was VP
Recruitment in the 80s, lives in Egypt with her husband and kids.
Elizabeth Scott Jenswold, GT 86, lives
with her husband in Shanghai, China, for the last two years. She has learned Mandarin and traveled
much of Asia. She and her husband spent one year teaching English to a class
of 32 children whose parents are migrant workers from the Chinese
countryside, which was a very moving experience for them. Elizabeth is in
touch
with Anne (Mead) Brown, Megan (Mott) Phillips, Anisa Johnson and
Susan Omhan. They are all living in Dallas now and each has 2
beautiful children.

past GT president, will be married in Oklahoma in May.
Jennifer
LeGrand Lorenzo, GT 97, is
still living in Orange County, CA, with her family. She and some of her GT
sisters take a trip every year. This year Jennifer, Natalie Delamore
Ceppi and Mollee Lauffer Burdick will meet at the wedding of Peri
Mears. Peri lives in Houston where she is Membership Director for the
Houston City Club.
Jodi Vanderhaar Dunn, GT, lives in Arlington where she reports that her
daughter Cooper just turned 14 months old. Cooper has a blood disorder
which means she is increased risk for infection. This means that Jodi and
Cooper spend lots of bonding time at home together. Our special thoughts are
with you Jodie!
