Fort Worth Alumnae chapter provides special events planned for all DG

young alumnae who live in the Fort Worth area. These events are varied

and are planned by DG young alumnae.

 

 Erica Floyd Fisher is planning special events for the young alumnae in the area. The events will be listed in the spring alumnae newsletter. If you would like to serve on the young alum planning committee please email Erica

 

New for Spring 2010 the young alumnae in Fort Worth will be divided into two groups: "Young Professionals" and "DGs with Pee Wees" You will be receiving more information in the spring about these functions!

 

We encourage our young alumnae to develop special interest groups also. Our young alumnae group already has several dinner groups who meet once a month. They are presently at full capacity. The groups meet at a different house each month and the hostess serves a meal for all who attend. We would like for other young alumnae to form more dinner groups so please get a group together and contact Erica Fisher or Bunny Shackelford to let us know you have formed a special dinner group. If you need more information or ideas on this please contact us! Groups do not have to be limited to dinner groups. Young alumnae can form any group! Ideas? New mom groups, play groups, happy hour group, cards group, museum group, shopping group, golf group, tennis group, etc...

Young Alumnae Facts...Did YOU Know?

  • If you are not receiving your Anchora at your current residence then Delta Gammas in the city where you are living have no way to invite you to Delta Gamma functions as you do not show up on their database from EO.

  • All DGs should update current information and emails on the Delta Gamma Web site.

  • Every DG should honor her obligation to Delta Gamma and pay local dues to the alumnae chapter in the city where residing.

  • Every DG should remember to support the chapter where she was initiated.

  • For the future of Delta Gamma please make DG a part of your life! This can make a positive difference for DG and for you.

  • We need for you to promote DG and stay connected with DG!
